Our customers are some of the world's largest and most respected companies.We currently have a vacancy for a Purchase Responsible in our factory in Alcochete/Portugal.MissionEnsure the monitoring and follow-up of suppliers. Establish professional and trusting relationships with suppliers to ensure that delivery conditions and deadlines are met.Management and operationalization of the Purchase and Planning area;Planning and management of raw material purchasing plans in accordance with sales and production forecasts;Raw material stock management in accordance with defined objectives;Collaborate in the shipping and transport process;Maintain the purchasing system organized, following the purchasing strategies defined by the company;Maintain the supplier evaluation system;Keep the file of approved PM and packaging material specifications up to date;Ensure compliance with quality specifications and standards;Ensure that the department complies with QEHS system procedures and work instructions;Comply with and enforce safety and environmental rules, in accordance with the rules implemented in the company;Identify points for improvement in the area of ??food safety;Comply with the Food Safety standards implemented in the companyExperience and EducationHigher education or equivalentExperience in the role over 5 yearsSolid knowledge of logistics and planning, preferably in a multinational contextFluent in English and computer skillsSkills and CompetenciesCustomer orientationFocus on continuous improvementLeadershipStress managementTeam managementResults orientationWhat Eviosys can offer youthe opportunity to build a career in a multi-cultural environmentto be rewarded fairly and promoted based on merit and performanceprofessional and personal development through training and work experiencesstrong engagement and commitment to the safety of our employees
