We currently have a vacancy for a Purchase Responsible in our factory in Alcochete/Portugal.MissionEnsure the monitoring and follow-up of suppliers. Establish professional and trusting relationships with suppliers to ensure that delivery conditions and deadlines are met. Management and operationalization of the Purchase and Planning area;Planning and management of raw material purchasing plans in accordance with sales and production forecasts;Raw material stock management in accordance with defined objectives;Collaborate in the shipping and transport process;Maintain the purchasing system organized, following the purchasing strategies defined by the company;Maintain the supplier evaluation system;Keep the file of approved PM and packaging material specifications up to date;Ensure compliance with quality specifications and standards;Ensure that the department complies with QEHS system procedures and work instructions;Comply with and enforce safety and environmental rules, in accordance with the rules implemented in the company;Identify points for improvement in the area of ??food safety;Comply with the Food Safety standards implemented in the company Experience and EducationHigher education or equivalentExperience in the role over 5 yearsSolid knowledge of logistics and planning, preferably in a multinational contextFluent in English and computer skillsSkills and CompetenciesCustomer orientationFocus on continuous improvementLeadershipStress managementTeam managementResults orientationWhat Eviosys can offer you the opportunity to build a career in a multi-cultural environment to be rewarded fairly and promoted based on merit and performance professional and personal development through training and work experiences strong engagement and commitment to the safety of our employees
