Role Overview: We are looking for a Project Manager to integrate one of the largest insurance groups in the world, present in 64 countries.
Based in Lisbon (Hybrid ).
Our client, with a rich history, a wide range of products and services, a focus on innovation and social responsibility, stands out as one of the global leaders in the insurance sector, providing peace of mind and financial protection for millions of people around the world.

What you will do: Lead project governance and oversee end-to-end development; Engage with stakeholders — especially Group Risk Actuaries — to gather business needs on solvency and economic capital; Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, facilitating weekly governance meetings and steering committees; Translate business and technical requirements into actionable plans; Drive timely decision-making; Report on project status, milestones, and define the program execution plan What you are like: Strong leadership and team management expertise; Adaptability and resilience in managing complexities; Expertise on stakeholder management capabilities, particularly within risk and actuarial contexts; Proactive problem-solving attitude; Expertise in project management Agile methodologies; Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira); Expertise in managing large-scale programs in complex environments; Fluency in both French and English.
