What You'll Do: Lead the planning, preparation, and coordination of penetration testing (pentest) projects.

Act as the central point of communication between the Pentest team, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

Define project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets in collaboration with technical teams.

Develop detailed project plans including activities, deliverables, and responsibilities.

Monitor project progress, address deviations, implement corrective actions, and remove blockers.

Coordinate the collection of relevant information such as infrastructure, systems, and application data for pentest execution.

Manage client and stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project status.

Ensure the quality of project deliverables, such as pentest reports and presentations.

Efficiently allocate resources within the Pentest team, optimizing time and skills.

What We're Looking For: Proven experience in project management, ideally in the technology sector.

Familiarity with penetration testing processes and deliverables.

Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., KMP or SCM).

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
