The EMEA Client Service Coordination team is in charge of helping to define, implementing and ensuring the consistency of the Client Services model within EMEA region, in close coordination with the Global Coordination Client Service Team and, as a right hand of the EMEA Head of Client Services, helping to implement the Client Management - Client Services strategy.

Main responsibilities:

Lead or Contribute to Transformation projects or new systems implementations;

Support countries on issues or escalations;

Monitor countries activity and define benchmarks;

Coordinate the 28 EMEA countries covered, including best practices sharing.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure consistent implementation of the Client Service Target Operating Model (TOM) at the countries level

Manage harmonization and Target Operating Model projects and ensure roll-out and implementation in EMEA countries

Contribute to new strategy definition and implementation, impacting Client Services, such as COCE projects

Act as operational expert and regional coordinator for change management initiatives induced by new department, business or bank strategy

Organize and coordinate the governance instances of Client Services at the region level (Production Call, Community call, … ) per each type of activity (CSD, CMTO or Global Markets) monitoring productivity or quality key indicators

Develops a continuous improvement culture across the region

Ensure consistent and smooth running of the Client Service BAU activity, being a countries ' first escalation point for Client Service topics

Engage regularly with the key regional stakeholders (Business, IT, Global Coordination, and other functions … )

Coordinate, organize and drive the development and prioritization of the main Client Services applications for the region (Hobart, ReVal, Tableau)

PROFILE
Good knowledge of BNPP ' s organization in general and CIB in particular

Experience of both Capital Markets and/or Corporate Banking operations is a plus (general understanding of cash management and investment banking products and processes, etc.)

Good knowledge of the key functional areas - processes, systems and organization

Ability to perform business analysis and understand systems

Ability to multi task and to change from one topic to another completely different

Project management - ability to undertake the role of project manager according to a project management methodology

Strong analytical skills and statistical reporting skills which involves attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills (a Regional Coordination Client Service team member is required to deal with people at different levels across the organization, and worldwide)
