What are you going to do? Ensure that all activities have an assigned owner; Monitor ongoing project activities; Schedule alignment sessions between the streams and follow up on the following actions: Activities completed since the last project status update; Activities expected to be completed by the next project status update; Risks, issues, dependencies, and system unavailability; Progress of the project plan and success metrics (KPIs); Track the realization of the project scope; Identify any delayed activities; Update the plan and action items for each stream; Update project documentation; Prepare the project executive report. What are we looking for? Project management and monitoring of project progress; Identification of risks and mitigation measures; Identification of improvement opportunities and promotion of their operationalization; Management of relationships with various stakeholders; Training in engineering/management; Over 4 years of experience in projects and over 2 years in managing technological projects; More than 1 year of experience with MS Project; Proficiency in Office applications and project methodologies; Experience in the banking sector (preferred).
