Your new role Will be the first contact for shop-floor application related incidents. You will be responsible for system monitoring, data management, testing of new functionalities, implementation of system upgrades and continuous improvement.It acts as the connection between the local production site and the global Production IT. Some of your tasks are:Coordination of system releases with corporate group.Configure the standardized software solutions to follow the local production needsSystem monitoring (Server, Docker® Microservices, etc.) including interfaces.Incident management for shop-floor systems. Troubleshoot,Maintaining and monitoring backups of production dependent software/systems.Training of end-users on Manufacturing Execution System (MES) functionalityMaintain master data and support equipment implementation as well as new product implementation.Assists in the development and implementation organization goals, objectives, policies, and priorities; conducts research, analyzes data, and makes recommendations regarding administrative, organizational, and operational issues.Main requirementsWhat you need to succeed: We are looking for a candidate with a relevant, and proved, professional experience in this field.Bachelor’s degree in IT systems, mandatoryExperience with MS SQL servers, SQL, MongoDBExperience with JBoss or WildflyExperience with administration and implementation of Windows and Linux (RedHat) systemsMinimum 2 years’ experience in helpdesk supportExperience in a productive environmentFluency in English, business level, mandatory.Characteristics such as teamwork, problem solving, time management, organization, creativity, and good interpersonal relationships are fundamental for the development of this role.
