About the Role We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our fast-growing startup.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading our core ecommerce product strategy while orchestrating integrations with multiple products and services.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can prioritize effectively under pressure, and has a proven track record of delivering high-impact ecommerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities Own and drive the product roadmap for our Big ecommerce platform, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategic goals Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to define and deliver product features Manage the product backlog, write clear user stories, and prioritize features based on business value and technical constraints Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions on schedule Coordinate complex integrations with third-party services, payment gateways, logistics providers, and other internal products Analyze user data and market trends to inform product decisions and optimize the customer journey Define success metrics and KPIs for product features and monitor their performance Stay current with ecommerce trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape Requirements Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in ecommerce or related digital products Demonstrated success working in fast-moving startup environments with rapid iteration cycles Strong technical background with experience managing product integrations and APIs Deep understanding of ecommerce principles, user experience, and conversion optimization Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (ClickUp) Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Data-driven approach to decision making with strong analytical capabilities Preferred Skills & Experience Experience with multiple ecommerce platforms.
Knowledge of payment processing systems and compliance requirements Experience with product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
Understanding of technical architecture and API integration patterns Experience in managing international/multi-region ecommerce operations Previous success in scaling an ecommerce business through product innovations Soft skills we value Proactivity and problem-solving approach Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders Collaborative mindset and team player.
