We’re backed by investors including Nyca Partners and QED Investors.In this exciting period of growth, both within the UK and on the international stage, we are now looking for an experienced Product Manager who wants to be part of this journey.What you'll do...Work closely with Design, Engineering, and key stakeholders to identify and build new products that solve Fidel's customers' pain points and push the business forward;Align these parties and relevant initiatives to meet their needs;Own the product roadmap for the Transactions product, the core API of Fidel, with the support of Product Leadership;Collaborate with the Sales, Customer and Strategy teams to see new product and business opportunities;Be responsible for writing detailed user stories, scoping and phasing technical work, managing the backlog, and prioritising engineering work, alongside the Engineering team;Work with the Design team to ensure users' feedback is incorporated into future development;For this role, you can be based in Lisbon or in London.Main requirementsHave had experience working with APIs and show an overall understanding of it;Have experience with card networks is a plus;Have worked as a software engineer in the past or consider yourself to be fairly knowledgeable on engineering practices;Have 2-4 years of product experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment;Show a strong ability to lead conversations with design and engineering in a tech and design savvy way;Show strong executive presence - project confidence with all stakeholders, from customers to exec to sales;Have previous management experience, either direct or indirect;Show an analytical mindset - you can clearly link features to the metrics they are able to drive.
