Your charge?
To help us build a pain-free world, powered by technology, enhanced by people — accessible to all.We are looking for a Principal Data Scientist who will report directly to the Growth Department leadership and will be responsible for supporting Sword Health's rapid growth by shaping the data strategy and ensuring that growth initiatives are powered by deep insights, predictive models, and rigorous data analysis.What you'll be doing:Help establish a culture of evidence-based decision-making by providing actionable insights based on data analysis; Design and implement advanced predictive models (e.G., churn prediction, lifetime value estimation, user segmentation) to forecast key metrics and identify levers for growth; Leverage advanced programming and processing of large datasets; Collaborate on designing A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of growth initiatives; Work with product, marketing, engineering, and finance teams to help align on growth strategies to improve member acquisition, retention and engagement; Build scalable solutions to automate systems for tracking and analyzing data; Help build our reporting infrastructure and dashboards
