KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspire a love for reading, writing, and math, helping students connect concepts to real-life applications.
Cultivate a growth mindset by encouraging exploration and creativity in literacy and numeracy.
Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
Develop and deliver engaging lessons in language and math.
Integrate technology into the curriculum to support literacy and numeracy.
Use formative and summative assessments to guide instruction.
Create an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere.
Establish strong, respectful relationships with students.
Adhere to school policies and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Commit to ongoing professional development.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
A degree in Education or a related field, along with a valid teaching qualification.
Experience teaching at the KS1 and KS2 levels.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A meticulous and organized approach.
A command of foundational math strategies and fluency in English.
