As Engineer in Power Electronics, you will be a part of the Power Electronics team and report to the Converter Electrical Manager within Electrical Engineering. Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:Power electronic converter system, circuit analysis, and design.
Analysis, simulation and test of climatic behavior in power electronic- and connected circuits, including the converter, cables, and transformers.
Specific knowledge of:Power electronic converters
Working understanding of circuit design and operation
Thermal design of electronics
CFD/FEM simulation of flow phenomena (fluidics and heat transfer)
Own ability to simulate & design parts of the product
Working understanding of how to design & verify complex systems
Lab testing and verification methodology for specific reliability targets
Design according to standards. Verification of compliance.
