This position will involve taking
calls from customers, answering queries and updating the internal database accordingly. Providing an End to End overview of the Request to Connect, General Enquiries and
calls and General Enquiry via e-mail.

¥ Dealing with Account/client Managers, Maintenance Administrators, Customer Relations and many other departments
¥ Excel in delivering Customer Satisfaction
¥ Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices
¥ Consistency in ensuring work is completed accurately

¥ Undertake activities such as updating databases
¥ Use specific tools and programs to give the customer maximum support and service
