THE ROLEAs a People Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting Indie Campers' expansion in the EMEA region.
You will be responsible for managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving talent acquisition across multiple locations, including Lisbon office roles and regional depots.
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to build and implement HR strategies that support business growth.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Oversee recruitment processes and ensure headcount fulfillment for an EMEA region.Manage the setup and operations of the Lisbon office, including office administration.Provide HR support to employees, addressing queries related to policies, payroll, and labor compliance.Handle payroll processes and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes across different APAC locations.Support legal compliance, including employee visas, contracts, and HR documentation.Develop and implement HR policies tailored to your region.Develop and maintain an HR playbook with key processes, policies, and compliance guidelines.Drive employee engagement initiatives and HR projects to enhance workplace culture.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are looking for a dynamic and proactive People Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong HR generalist background.Must-have skills & experience: Proven experience in HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership and operations teams.Experience in structuring and optimizing HR processes.Fluency in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong leadership presence to establish high standards in the Manila office.Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving business goals.Proactive and problem-solving approach.
Nice-to-have skills: Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.Data-driven mindset and familiarity with HR software.Proficiency in other European languages.Background in the travel, hospitality, mobility, or e-commerce sector.
