We are seeking a dynamic and strategicPartnerships Specialistto join our Partnerships team and lead the expansion and management of key business partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing commercial relationships with strategic partners across various industries, driving the growth of our Consumer Credit and Payment solutions.
This role calls for someone who combines sharp business acumen with a structured, trustworthy approach to partnership development. You thrive on turning strategy into action, bring clarity to complexity, and are constantly tuned in to the market. If you have:
Academic background ideally in Business, Economics, Marketing, Management or a related field — which grounds your strategic thinking.
Know how to manage partnerships whilst developing them, with a preference for those who have navigated financial services, telecom or retail sectors.
Negotiation isn't just a skill; it's a passion you've refined with intention, and you build relationships with purpose, understanding that trust is earned through clarity, consistency and connection.
You think analytically, structure your ideas with rigor, and communicate them with impact.
You feel at home in fast-paced, cross-functional environments where adaptability is as crucial as alignment.

Que funções irão desempenhar
You will be responsible for:
Strategic Partnership Development
Identify and evaluate potential new partners to enhance Universo's value proposition in Consumer Credit and Payments
Lead commercial negotiations and structure mutually beneficial agreements
Execute partnership strategies in alignment with governance model and business goals
Relationship Management
Manage ongoing relationships with key partners, ensuring performance monitoring, satisfaction, and continuous optimization
Act as the primary point of contact, facilitating clear communication and alignment between internal and external stakeholders
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, risk, legal, operations, marketing and technology teams to ensure successful onboarding and execution of partnerships
Translate business needs into partnership solutions and support the go-to-market plans
Performance & Opportunity Tracking
Monitor partner performance through KPIs defined, dashboards and reporting
Identify new business opportunities within existing partnerships and drive initiatives for additional value creation
Market Analysis & Insights
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and partner ecosystems to support strategic decision-making
Provide input into product and commercial strategy based on market insights
