The Oracle Financial Systems Administrator position is part of Finance Support Services Fresh department staffing, and is in charge of all administration and support activities related to ORACLE tool, for the entity BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions (LS).

As an Oracle Financial Systems Administrator, the objective of the job position is to:

Ensure, in conjunction with Finance Group team LS Corporate POFR and LS Corporate IT team that:

a proper referential and application settings update environment is set for the monthly campaigns

the governance defined for this activity is sharply followed (annual closing calendar

definition and implementation, exchange rates configuration, daily production

monitoring, periods opening and closing per module / entity, user profiles' level configuration, etc.)

both referential and application settings are monthly updated, based on client's requests

Assist all Leasing Solutions users with access to ORACLE:

Helpdesk level 1 - LS Corporate Management Control team, LS Corporate Internal Control team, LS local business controllers, LS Corporate POFR and LS Corporate IT team

Handle incident management in close coordination with LS Corporate POFR and LS Corporate IT team

Handle access rights and security related tasks;

Document all processes related to Leasing administration within ORACLE

ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES

Administration

Aggregates all tasks needed to perform the run the bank activity in order to maintain service level to clients.
These tasks are related with Master Data Management, Change Request Management, System Documentation Management, Process Documentation, Non Regression Testing, Incident Management, Demand Management, Internal Security Management, System training, and Recurrent work. When applicable, the A&SO has an active contribution and participation on governance meetings related to run the bank activities providing support and inputs when needed (with the support of Team Lead/ Management)

Support

Aggregates all tasks needed to perform support activity, in order to answer to all requests from clients.

These tasks are related with: request management, internal security management, other recurrent support tasks and key user lists. When applicable, the A&SO has an active contribution and participation on governance meetings related to run the bank activities providing support and inputs when needed (with the support of Team Lead/ Management)
Projects/Deployments

Aggregates all tasks needed to perform the change the bank activity in order to allow solutions evolution according to new client's requirements.

These tasks are Opportunity & Feasibility study, Project activities, Process management in project mode and Project management activities. When applicable, the A&SO has an active contribution and participation on governance meetings related to change the bank activities providing support and inputs when needed (with the support of Team Lead/ Management)

PROFILE
Required level of education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Management or IT

Required level of experience: at least 5 years as a functional consultant (administration and support), preferably in ORACLE E-Business Suite Applications

English Level B1-B2. Knowledge of French is a plus

Knowledge of ORACLE E-Business Suite Applications version 11i and/or r12 is a plus;

Knowledge of DISCOVERER and Web ADI tools is a plus

Knowledge of accounting / finance

Proficiency in Office tools Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
