The position is belonging to Global Markets Strategy & Risks, which objective is to ensure that both Operational Risk and Permanent Controls areas fully meet their objectives and requirements in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. GM OPC & TAC Coordination team has as main goal to reduce the operational risk that the activity faces by constantly reviewing and improving processes, and also creating new types of procedures and controls.

Key Responsibilities :
Constantly review and improving Front Officers processes to increase operational efficiency and mitigate risk;

Review Controls/recommendations for different Business Lines;

Participate to analysis on process, risk review and risk reduction programs;

Liaise & Interact with OPC teams World Wide on a daily basis;

Ensure data input, quality checks and chasing;

Using different tools to collect and analyse data, as well as structuring queries and performing routine maintenance of reports;

Developing special reporting templates - Showing initiative in suggesting improvements on reports, produce them on the pre-defined schedule;

Provide regular reporting presentations such as Recommendations', Incidents', ORUS FO & Validation's reports;

Manage several administrative tasks to support to the GM Lisbon platform

Degree in a Business School or an Engineering School;

6 months to 1 year previous experience in Banking would be an advantage;

Good awareness of Operational risk and fundamental risk concepts;

Perfect fluency in English, Basic use in French would be an advantage;

Excellent knowledge of Excel, Strong VBA skills are a plus;

Reliability and capacity to deliver;

Clearly exhibited analytical, logical and decision making capabilities;

Autonomy and proactivity;

An entrepreneurial attitude and a willingness to learn;

Team spirit and ability to work with others.
