Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of International Wealth Management, this role is critical in strengthening AlTi's operational resilience framework to meet regulatory expectations, such as US, UK and the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) requirements, and to ensure the firm's continued ability to deliver essential services in the face of disruptions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of operational resilience and continuity in a financial services context, including, but not limited to, risk management, business continuity, ICT/cyber resilience frameworks, as well as the governing regulatory regimes.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, enhance, and manage the firm's global Operational Resilience framework, embedding resilience principles into business and technology processes.Coordinate and lead impact tolerance assessments, scenario testing, and business service mapping in alignment with DORA and other global regulatory requirements.Collaborate with senior leaders across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and the Business to ensure resilience strategies are comprehensive and effective.Monitor and interpret regulatory developments related to operational resilience e.G.
US SEC/FINRA, UK FCA and EU DORA expectations and anything that is relevant to Resilience and align internal policies accordingly.Partner with Procurement & Vendor Management and Risk teams to ensure critical outsourced service providers meet resilience standards and contractual obligations
