The Operational Control Officer for BNP Paribas it will be responsible for execution of Key Surveillance Points for Operational areas.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execution of 2nd level controls as defined on Key Surveillance Points
Archive the formal evidence of controls executed
Follow-up of Operational Risk Incidents and issue the Action Plans
Reporting to the Business the anomalies detected on the controls and issues the Action Plans
Provides his manager the results of controls
Help the operational users to understand the 1st level controls (Production controls) when is evidence some irregularities
Banking Operations knowledge
Autonomous and dynamic
Ability to communicate and to work within teams
Rigorous and focused
Proficiency in MS Office
