You're great with tools, obsessed with process, and happiest in service of customers. What's the RoleAs an Activation Specialist at Rauva, you'll be the first human interaction many of our customers have with the brand - and your goal is to make it exceptional.
You'll guide new customers through the onboarding journey, helping them unlock the full potential of Rauva's product suite from day one.
This is a high-impact, user-facing role focused on driving time to value and providing a seamless onboarding experience for our customers.
Think of yourself as a mix of product coach, support agent, and customer cheerleader - with a strong data mindset and a bias toward action. Key ResponsibilitiesGuide new users through Rauva's onboarding journey with fully assisted, hands-on support, fostering a premium experience for them.Proactively reach out to customers who are stuck or inactive to get them moving again.Answer product-related questions and help users understand the value of each feature.Drive key KPIs: activation rate, time to activation, and time to first value.Track and manage multiple onboarding workflows simultaneouslyEnter and validate sensitive data with extreme accuracy and attention to detail.Escalate bugs or onboarding blockers quickly to internal teams and follow up on resolutions.Collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering to constantly improve the activation experience.Jump on calls to "sell" the value of Rauva's tools and features when needed.Deliver the best first-touch experience a customer can have with a fintech product.
