Coordination of system releases with corporate IT group 2.Assure a standard software solution set that follows the local IT needs 3.First level support withing SAP ERP (mainly SD / MM and finance), Order Entry systems, and office environment (Skype, Phone /Pure Connect / Skype) 4.System monitoring of local Server, Software and Hardware applications 5.Training of end users 6.Backup Solutions 7.Maintain master data and support equipment implementation as well as new product implementation 8.Setup of new Server environment (Windows + Linux ->HW & VM) 9.Assist and control license/ contracts Main requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT systems, mandatory · Minimum 2 years’ experience in helpdesk support, Windows, Linux, Server environment (containing, setup servers, support hardware etc.) · Minimum 4 years’ experience in helpdesk SAP (focus on modules SD / MM – further on finance will be an advantage) and maintaining SAP Master Data · Knowledge about IT security standards · Experience with SQL servers, SQL queries, 2016 or newer · Fluency in English, business level, mandatory. · Characteristics such as teamwork, problem solving, time management, organization, creativity, and good interpersonal relationships are fundamental for the development of this role.
