Execute administrative and analytical activities to optimize the revenue of the hotel;
Collect, integrate and study online market and competition data on a daily basis;
Maintain up to date availability, rates and promotions across all online channels and extranets;
Maintain and update the website content in consultation with the relevant departments;
Ensure hotel content across all online channels remain accurate;
Act as the main contact person for CRS related issues, being able to communicate effectively;
Interact with the different involved departments to make sure that all online efforts are consistent with hotels? strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree in Hotel Management, Business or related field of study;
1-3 years experience in E-Commerce or Revenue Management;
Understanding of e-commerce and revenue management functions both front-end and back-end;
Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced team environment;
Ability to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a strong team member;
Excellent attention to detail, flexible and adaptable to changes;
Ability to operate under pressure and meet or exceed deadlines;
Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities.
