What are we looking for?
Proven experience as an Observability Architect or similar role, with a strong understanding of observability concepts, methodologies, and tools; Hands-on experience with observability technologies such as monitoring and logging tools (e. G., Coralogix, Prometheus, Grafana, Fluent-Bit, ELK stack), tracing frameworks (e. G., Open Telemetry, Jaeger), and alerting systems (e. G., Logic Monitor, Nagios); Strong programming andscripting skills (e. G., Python, Bash) for automation and customization of observability solutions; Deep understanding of system and application architectures, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud computing; Experience with Dev Ops practices and tools (e. G., Git, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes) for continuous integration, deployment, and delivery; Knowledge of security best practices related to observability, such as data privacy, authentication, and authorization; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills; Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams; Fluency in English (written and spoken).
