We are looking for a NOC Team Leader (1st Level RAN) to join a team of our client – a reference multinational company in the telecommunications sector.
What will be your main responsibilities and tasks?
Support the team by monitoring and correlating Network alarms/events, managing incident lifecycle and assuring correct incidents as well as recovering the Network element faults and provide timely response to incidents;
Coordinate the team by assuring NOC shifts, work-load’s accomplishment, assuring the achievement of the NOC team’s SLA and KPI and the follow-up of incidents, promoting and conducting continuous improvement of the team;
Be accountable for guaranteeing all NOC team’s operations and maintenance routines are correctly executed and assuring incidents’ treatment and service restoration as well as owning the incidents’ resolution.
What is required from you?
Degree in Telecommunication or other similar area will be valued;
At least 02 years of previous professional experience in telecommunication functions;
Experience and knowledge in managing complex technology, such as GSM, UMTS, LTE, Radio Equipments RBS, BSC, RNC, site infrastructure and transmission equipment PDH/SDH/BEP, metro Ethernet and IP;
Knowledge of ITIL incident management;
Previous experience in team leading, including supervision, shift schedule dimension and preparation;
Ability to work in shifts in a technical environment and accomplish goals;
Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships;
Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
