We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.What you will be doing?Implement solutions in .NET environment using C# and .NET; Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code; Ensure the best possibleperformance, quality, and responsiveness of applications; Identify bottlenecks andbugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address those issues; Help maintain code quality and organization; Mentor and Coach junior software developers.What are we looking for?6+ years of experience in C#/.NET and Angular Development; Experienced with Microsoft SQL Server databases; Experienced with C# backend application programming; Knowledge of Angular forfrontend application programming; Experience using REST API services; Experience using WindowsCommunication Foundation is a plus; Knowledge in SOLID and KISS principles; Coding according to good practices, enforcing them in Pull Request approvals; - Agile & craftmanship mindset; Availability to go to the office in Porto; Fluency in English (read, spoken, written); Residency in Portugal – Citizenship or Work Visa/Residence Card (eliminatory factor).What do we have to offer you?Health Insurance; Feedback&Coffee – the system that includes Aubay's Performance Management Cycle, with regular moments of feedback and the Career Progression Model; Working model: hybrid in Porto; A Training Academy designed to think of you and your needs.
