Multipessoal: Plant Manager

We are currently hiring a Plant Manager for a multinational company in Viana do Castelo. Management and coordination of all the plant operations such as: Lean, Production, Production Planning and Control, Quality Assurance, Logistics, among others; Define and implement the objectives of the factory; Plan, develop and implement the factory's strategy; Manage staff, including planning, recruiting, hiring and developing staffing needs, in coordination with the Human Resources Department; Continuing improving production processes (improvements in productivity; cost reduction and Quality; Coordinate thedifferents departments linked to the production process; Prepare all regulations to ensure a high level of order, safety and cleanliness. Degree in Engineering; At least 5 years of experience; Experience in team management; SAP knowledge;
