COMPANY
Recruiting for a Company that delivers a customer experience solution to some of the world’s best brands. They have several multilingual projects (banking, hospitality, technology, IT) for your to join that are based in Lisbon or Porto according to your area of residence.
CANDIDATE
Provide an excellent customer service experience;
Assure final resolutions to customer queries (product information or technical support/troubleshooting or product values, etc) to end-users/suppliers.
PERFIL
Must speakFrench or German or Dutch or Dannish.
Have English knowledge;
Have customer service or contact center (inbound or outbound) experience;
Have basics IT skills (MS office).
OUR CLIENT OFFERS
Base salary + Meal Allowance + Accommodation fee + 1 Trip home +Performance bonus each 3 month + Private healthcare & dental insurance (after six months of employment);
