Mobile Tech Lead (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra)

What do you need to have:
Solid experience building and maintaining mobile applications (Android and iOS)Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns and best practicesStrong understanding of security architecture and best practices for mobile applicationsProven experience with various forms of automated testing (Playwright), such as unit, integration, end-to-end, and a11y testingStrong opinions about software development best practices, balanced with receptiveness to new ideas.Extensive experience developing large applications in a team environmentExperience leading or owning the development of large applicationsProficiency in software estimation, even when confronted with complexity and uncertaintyData-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in using tools to measure application performanceExperience releasing apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App StoreProven ability to lead and mentor a team of mobile developersExperience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a plusExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plusExperience with DevOps practices and tools is a plusContributions to open-source projects is a plusExperience building SDKs is a plusFluency in English
