Our Global Marketing and Communication Department is a dynamic business area with responsibility for leading BNP Paribas to become the number one brand in the Banking area.

The Client Insight and Marketing Services team is looking for an analyst to contribute to the Client Advocacy program.

Client Advocacy is about designing a robust Client Intelligence model alongside 4 dimensions to improve Client Experience and turn Clients into Promoters and Brand Advocates :
Measuring and monitoring:

Design surveys' framework

Monitor Client Feedback Management tool and produce reporting, analysis and sharing of results

Clients feedback:

Reactive actions put in place to resolve issues and follow-up quickly with Clients
Learnings to be shared across the organization, cross-fertilized with other sources of Client intelligence to identify issues root causes, define and prioritize improvement opportunities and act upon issues

Action plans:
Identification of root causes of detraction

Prioritization of Client experience improvement actions

Employees engagement: Strong engagement at all levels of the organization through regular communications on Advocacy Program, training, empowerment …


Main missions
Support the Central Client Advocacy team in Paris
Manage client satisfaction surveys in strong collaboration with local coverage team

Participate to data analysis and produce support presentations

Preparatory phase

Ensure that all requirements to deploy Client Advocacy campaigns are met (establish contact lists with the businesses, coordinate the translation of the survey if needed, design & set the surveys parameters in the tool)

Be the main contact with the Client Feedback Management tool and answer to questions from the bankers

Analysis of surveys outputs and action plans
Ensure coordination of translation of surveys feedback if needed

Conduct data analysis and produce summary presentation of the survey results
Prepare supporting documentation for debriefing sessions
Ensure that the follow-up by Bankers is done
Provide assistance for definition of local action plans and review local action plans dashboard
Ensure that local action plans are followed up upon
Participate to the supporting presentations: root cause analysis of structural issues, definition, prioritization and follow up of action plans
Data cross fertilization and prioritization of issues identified

Expertise build-up

Collect and produce Best Practices documentation to be shared across the organisation
Ensure appropriate sharing locally : Share global results of the surveys and follow-up of global actions with Coverage and other Business Lines


The analyst will report hierarchically to the Client Insight and Marketing Services team in Lisbon and functionally to the Client Development Marketing Team in Paris.


Newly graduated in Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics or up to 3 years' work experience
Work experience in Agency/Market Research is a plus
