We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Marketing Manager (junior to mid-senior level) who's ready to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced, international environment.
You'll support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels both online and offline, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
This is an operational role, ideal for someone with strong content and coordination skills who's comfortable taking ownership and working independently.
Key Responsibilities Implement the annual marketing and communication plan in alignment with VOQIN's strategic goals Coordinate and execute multi-channel content (search, performance, social media, email marketing, events, PR) Write and adapt content for a variety of formats (press releases, articles, social media, sales presentations, brochures, and more) Mantain consistent social media presence, including content scheduling, community management, and editorial calendar planning, ensuring timely engagement across platforms.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, adapting tone and messaging for local markets and audiences Act as the first point of contact for inbound client inquiries (email, phone, WhatsApp, website forms), routing qualified requests to internal teams and logging leads in the CRM Planning and distribute content across all platforms and stakeholders Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Creative, Delivery) to align initiatives and support commercial goals Manage collaborators (designers, writers, agencies, freelancers) and ensure timely delivery of materials Help maintain and update VOQIN's digital platforms, including websites and landing pages Monitor campaign and channel performance and assist with reporting and optimizations Support sales actions and brand activations in tradeshows or similar Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts Support internal communication initiatives Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field 2–4 years of experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in a B2B environment Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus) Creative copywriting Strong digital fluency: experience with social media platforms, Google Suite, email marketing tools (e.G
