Marketing Manager

My client, an international organisation within the sciences industry, is looking for a dedicated, solutions focused Marketing Manager to join their growing team in Porto, Portugal. The successful Marketing Manager will set the strategic agenda as well as planning, implementing and measuring the ROI of Marketing activities.

The responsibilities of this role include:

-Managing two direct reports
-Working across B2B, B2C and B2B2C distribution channels
-Managing external agencies
-Organisation design for the Marketing team
-Maximising the acquisition, retention and lifetime value of prospective and converted customers

The requirements for this role are:

-Fluency in English and Portuguese
-Degree in a Business or Marketing related subject
-Full Mix Marketing Experience
-Strong numerical and analytical skills
-Strong copywriting skills
-Experience of creating Digital campaigns
-Experience of selection, implementation and optimisation of marketing technologies, specifically CRM
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Experience working in a fast-paced environment
-Flexibility to travel internationally for work
