.We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Community Lead to join Catalyst, the permissionless cross-chain Automated Market Maker (AMM) revolutionizing liquidity connections and asset swaps in the world of blockchain. As a External Strategy Lead, you will be the outward-facing point-of-contact with the Catalyst ecosystem and the broader Web3 community, playing a pivotal role in growing and engaging our vibrant community of users and partners. You will work closely with the BD and product teams to foster strong relationships, increase brand awareness, and drive user adoption.At Catalyst, our vision is to create a global liquidity layer for all chains, enabling easy access to assets and applications across multiple blockchains. As a Marketing Lead, you will be instrumental in promoting our mission and values to the wider community. Your responsibilities will include driving GTM strategy, increasing Catalyst brand exposure, managing social media presence, organizing community events, and creating engaging content to educate and inform our community.ResponsibilitiesCrafting Catalyst's market positioning and narrative within crypto and the cross-chain spaceManaging Catalyst's social and content channels (e.G., Twitter, blog)Fostering organic engagement (i.E., twitter thread contests, memes)Producing content that showcases Catalyst and its value propositionCollaborating with Catalyst partners on co-marketing campaignsOrganize marketing campaigns with our ecosystem partners and KOLsFoster and nurture relationships with our community members, addressing their inquires and concerns promptly; hosting community calls, flaggings bugs in collaboration with the engineering teamMonitor and analyze community feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvementRequirementsPrior experience in GTM, marketing, community management or a related field, preferably in the blockchain or web3 industryPossess strong understanding and genuine interest in crypto and familiarity with major crypto projects with ability to communicate concepts to a diverse audienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiencesProven experience in managing and growing online communities, with a track record of driving user adoption and engagementFamiliarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and community management softwareHighly organized with excellent project management skills, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHighly responsive on platforms used by our community and core team (e.G., Discord, Slack, Telegram, etc
