As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Market Experience Manager to join its team in Portugal.
The Market Experience Manager is pivotal in elevating Gaming1's platform performance within their designated local market.
This role is responsible for understanding and advocating for the unique needs and preferences of the local market, ensuring that products and services are tailored to meet these demands.
By maintaining a clear market roadmap and fostering strong communication channels between local teams and Gaming1's central functions, the Market Experience Manager ensures that market priorities are met and that Gaming1's offerings are competitive and relevant.
YOUR ROLE This role combines:
strategic advocacy,effective communication to drive market-specific success and align with Gaming1's overall vision and mission, andperformance monitoring and reporting.YOUR PROFILE At least 5 years' experience in related roles within the sports betting and/or casino industryFamiliarity and experience within the gambling or sports betting industry in the Portuguese marketAbility to interpret and analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and regulatory frameworksUnderstanding of product management lifecycle and experience working with technical teamsA keen eye for good customer experience and ability to participate in product design phases of projectsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey market insights and updatesStrong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExperience in managing complex cross-functional projectsProficiency in data analysis tools, ability to generate and interpret reports, providing actionable insights and recommendationsStrong understanding of business strategies and market dynamicsExperience working with C-level stakeholdersFluent in Portuguese and EnglishWHAT WE OFFER As well as having a unique experience - centered around our values of pleasure, team spirit, performance, boldness and integrity - alongside 1,200 employees around the world, we offer:
