We seek a Managing Director to oversee daily operations, execution, and team building.

About You A dynamic, hands-on leader with extensive experience in D2C digital products, especially subscriptions.
You excel in growth, innovation, engineering, product, marketing, and operational management.
Your ability to manage teams, deliver results, and engage technically makes you ideal to steer our company toward success.
What You'll Do Drive strategic growth, market positioning, and business expansion.
Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives.
Enhance revenue and profitability while managing operational costs.
Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring market fit and quality.
Collaborate with engineering to deliver innovative solutions.
Align product roadmap with business strategy and customer feedback.
Manage marketing campaigns aligned with product launches.
Use data analytics to optimize growth and revenue strategies.
Monitor key financial metrics such as revenue, EBITDA, CAC, LTV, ROAS, ARPU, and retention rates.
