Your new Role:
This position will help redefine the perception of Technology.
This highly personable and energetic person will be accountable for the construction and management of a communication framework tailored to technology that will complement the regional communications strategy. They will also conceptualize a training capability responsible for accelerating and anchoring adoption of new technology capabilities into AEI at all levels, across all disciplines and will facilitate repositioning IS as a high performing strategic enabler. This will include the conceptualization and delivery of 'IQ kiosks' (digitized self-service knowledge management capability)
This person will also be responsible for assembling, optimizing and aligning a training and skills upliftment program , this will form a critical part of the company transformation program and key success criteria.
The Manager UX will also be accountable for conceptualizing and delivering a Key User concept, focusing on harnessing an extended ambassador framework for Technology within core functions, to further enrich technology experiences.
This key user concept will form the basis of our user groups in AEI and be 'the voice of the user' as we drive deep cross functional collaboration in order to prioritize our focus.
What you will need to succeed:Bachelor, Master Degree;
10+ years of experience driving change and comms in technology, organizational change management areas with proven quantitative success records;
Experience of leading and working in multi-cultural teams across time nozes;
Ability to thrive in a changing environment and deal with ambiguity.
