Who We're Looking for: We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and streamline our legal and contractual operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for purchase order creation and management, and for liaising with multiple parties to ensure project success.
This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
What You'll Do: Submission of Field Marketing PO requests in MaSH (Microsoft system)Management of new requests, amendments or change ordersValidation of contracts to inform PO submissionCoordinate with Marketing teams, internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedulesPrepare and present reports on the progress and success of projects/tasksOptimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessaryEnsure legal compliance throughout all project operations.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers as needed.Maintain a detailed understanding of the legal landscape, including developments that could affect or improve project delivery.What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, law or related fieldProven experience in Marketing/Legal/Organizational Development within fast-paced, evolving environmentsExperience with purchase order creation and managementFamiliarity with contract management and legal complianceAbility to liaise effectively with multiple parties to achieve project successProven experience in project management, preferably in a legal or contractual environmentStrong understanding of legal processes and proceduresGoal oriented, collaborative, and detail-focused, with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFast learner with the ability to learn work under pressure, multitask and meet tight deadlinesProficiency in project management software and toolsStrong collaboration/team player skills with talent to establish working relations with culturally diverse internal and external senior partnersStrong proficiency in EnglishAt VML, we are committed to fostering an all-inclusive work environment that is both rewarding and career-forward.
