As one of Feedzai’s Legal Advisors you’ll provide senior and expert legal support to the company's on legal and regulatory matters relating to corporate, procurement, employment and privacy matters, helping the company in making its long term success and avoiding legal and reputational risks. In addition, you’ll drive and foster a culture of ethics and compliance throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
Negotiate contracts with major suppliers
Advise the company in complex legal and regulatory matters relating to corporate, procurement, employment and privacy matters
Manage complex negotiation processes with various internal and external stakeholders
Support the company's board and the Head of Legal in corporate governance matters
Qualifications:
Law degree
5-10 years experience in practicing Law
Proven experience as a senior in-house legal counsel in a fast-paced industry environment
Solid knowledge of Commercial Law, IT Law, IP Law, Public Procurement, Civil Law
Experience in dealing and managing complex contracts and negotiation processes with multiple stakeholders
Knowledge and understanding of global companies’ applicable laws and procedures
Ability to understand and digest complex problems and to easily communicate with non-lawyers
Good communication skills to ensure information is communicated effectively (both internally and externally)
Very good written and oral communication skills in English
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
Critical, creative and strategic mindset to find the best solution in a risk aware manner
Ability to engage and influence both internal stakeholders (internal departments and regions) and external stakeholders (external law firms, public authorities, suppliers, business customers, etc.), creating relations of trust
