Placed in in the CIB Human Resources department, the Learning & Development Support & Reporting teams’ main goal is to develop the company’s best asset, its employees.

We are currently looking for one person to be part of the L&D team responsible for Switzerland and develop a strong partnership with the other members of the team, while assuming the responsibility for all support activities related with L&D activities, tools and projects.
As a Learning and Development Support Officer, your role will encompass three large vectors of activities:
Contribute to the creation of the L&D catalogue for Switzerland by:
Providing support to end users of the LMS platform;
Organize training sessions in link with the different providers (internal or external) and create them in the My Development tool (dates, booking rooms, etc.);
Assignand follow up of specific trainings for target populations whose roles require them to participate in Compliance Mandatory Trainings;
Manage and follow up of different Language Courses;
Monitor sessions filling up rate and manage necessary waiting lists;
Accompany external training registrations;
Follow-up of the training evaluation;
Prepare KPI’s that aim at control training activities and the associated costs for the HR Corporate department, including tasks such as:
Creation of ad-hoc reports according to the business demands;
Confirm and execute the payment of the different training invoices;
Manage the rebilling of the learning activity to the business in link with the Performance Management team
Become a Key-user/Administrator of the L&D tool accompanying the following activities:
Setup and follow up of projects from the functional specifications up to the go live;
Act as the principal point of contact with the tool provider, making the main exchanges regarding thedevelopment needs and the new functionalities available;
Administer users accesses and manage the referential definition (BNP Paribas Switzerland structure, countries & legal entities);
Represent BNP Paribas Switzerland in meetings regarding My Learning topics.
Master’s degree or equivalent by experience in Human Resources/ Business Management;

Skilled relationship builder - ability to work with different stakeholders;

Project Management skills – with a structured and organised approach;

Experience in managing multiple projects with consistent quality and timely delivery;

Strong Team Spirit;

Strong Communication skills;

Strong reporting & presentation experience;

Capacity to manage priorities with a results and delivery focus;

Autonomous and proactive;

Sense of confidentiality;

Innovation and creativity;

Systems administration & support experience is a strong plus;

Knowledgeof foreign languages :English (B2 Level, CECRL certificate) is mandatory, French (A2/B1 Level, CECRL certificate) is a plus;
