We are looking for a Junior T&E Analyst. The Expense (Travel and non-Travel Expenses) Management business provides optimum travel and expense customer service and ensures staff compliance with Airbus Travel policy

competências

Degree in Accounting or similar or Accounting experience (e.g. General ledger accounts, Cost center, project codes etc.);
Good knowledge of computer operation, Standard office software (SAP, Service now, T &E software, GOOGLE Suite, Pack Office), Reporting tool, T&E Software;
English knowledge is mandatory. Capacity to interact with standard texts with the end user;
Basic tax knowledge of the respective country (VAT, benefit in kinds in all countries);
Awareness of any potential compliance risks and committed to act with integrity;
Able to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality;
Travel Management basics (e.g. Online booking tool);
Prepare documents and communication to unions (information, update of new processes / systems, documents for unions, presentation to local unions);
Customer service skills with communication skills;
Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in determining solutions;
Ability to communicate clearly with endusers, peers and management;
Customer focused;
Proactive to take initiatives and escalations.
responsabilidades

Support implementation on Travel & Expense policies and procedures with plausibility checks;
Checks audit quality of the operations, prepares documentation and escalates gaps to next level;
Prepares and provide reports on compliance and prepares standard communication to travel community;
Support operations by analyzing and escalate back office issues related to travel and expense applications;
Make sure that department standard operating procedures are followed;
Review, analyze, document and effectively resolve easy travel and expense issues and escalate more sensitive cases to next level;
Prepare documents for alignment meetings with HR SPIR and works council representative (explaining process or/and changes and react on single user complaints through unions or general complaints);
Informing senior analyst about suspicious cases which may result in disciplinary actions;
Prepare reports and performance indicators for monitoring T&E suppliers;
Observe the SLA of their missions and propose mitigation actions to improve;
Train subcontractors on tools and processes in line with country specific tax laws;
Explain and train T&E auditor on T&E Business rules and provide improvements related to simplification and harmonisation.
