About the role: We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our Team in Lisbon, at CURA Restaurant!
What you will do: The Junior Sous Chef is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and serving as part of the management team leading the culinary team.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about cuisine!
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are required in this position.The Junior Sous Chef supports the Restaurant Chef and Sous Chef in planning, organizing, controlling and directing the work of employees in the Kitchen Department responsible for food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency.What you bring: College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience is required;Minimum one year previous experience in culinary/food & beverage line, supervisory or assistant manager positions;Requires a working knowledge of division operations.
