Descrição do emprego Support the development and implementation of technology solutions based on the Microsoft platform, under the guidance of senior consultants.
Assist in the configuration, administration, and maintenance of Microsoft systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
Participate in data migration projects and the implementation of Microsoft solutions in a corporate environment, with support from the technical team.
Collaborate in the analysis of technical requirements and the design of solutions together with the senior team.
Perform basic monitoring, initial problem diagnosis, and first-level technical support in Microsoft environments.
Produce technical documentation related to projects and internal processes.
Participate in adoption projects with active involvement in client training activities in the areas of communications, collaboration, and AI (Copilot).
Qualificações Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft platforms such as Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365 (certifications like Microsoft Fundamentals are a plus).
Interest in learning and developing skills in Microsoft infrastructure, systems, and applications.
Ability to solve basic technical problems and willingness to work in a team to tackle more complex challenges.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proactive attitude, with a desire to grow in the field and keep up with technological trends.
Desirable Differentials: Initial experience in technical support or internships in the IT field.
Basic understanding of cloud environments, such as Microsoft Azure.
Skill in technical documentation and reporting.
