Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers with product features, order issues, and technical troubleshooting.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements Native or fluent in Italian (C2 level).
Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
No prior experience required – entry-level candidates are welcome !
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work on-site in Lisbon.
