Java Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities Lead and support development teams in delivering robust, high-quality software solutions; Design and implement scalable backend systems using Java in cloud-based environments; Collaborate with technical stakeholders to define system architecture and best practices; Promote knowledge sharing through code reviews, mentoring, and team coaching; Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
What We're Looking For Senior-level experience in Java development ; Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; Demonstrated experience in a Development Lead or Technical Lead role; Deep understanding of software architecture , design patterns, and CI/CD pipelines.
Additional Requirements Fluent in English (spoken and written); Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complexity; A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence; Eligible to work in the European Union .
