As a Team Leader, you will:
Be responsible for monitoring consultants during their missions and accompanies them in their problem solving issues;
Be Responsible for the management of the IC (consultants in Inter-Contracts);
Contribute to the recruitment processes;
Ensure the operational management of the consultants, their retention and their development plans;
Guarantee the technical qualification of the consultants;
Be in charge of the management and the career development of your team.
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar;
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a software development role;
Experience in the following technologies: Java;
Experience in Software Egineering Projects;
Fluent in English (mandatory);
French is a plus;
Autonomous, open minded and creative problem-solver.
