Italian Customer Service Agent (M/F) – Lisbon

Vertente Humana, a leading human resources management company, is recruiting Customer Service Assistants fluent in Italian for a stable and growing project in the logistics sector.
Tasks: - Receiving and making telephone contacts to confirm and schedule pick-ups of logistics equipment rented to small and medium-sized companies.
- Providing information/clearing up doubts in a clear and empathetic manner.
Fixed full-time hours: between 7 a.M and 5 p.M (40 hours) Days off: weekends Location/area: Areeiro (Lisbon) Requirements: - Fluent in Italian (level C1 or higher) - oral and written (mandatory); - Good level ofEnglish or Portuguese (preferred); - Good communication skills and active listening; - Customer focus, proactivity and attention to detail; - User-friendlycomputer skills.
