Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
On IT, architecture-oriented and technical expertise to provide analyses and guidance that will lead to the right decisions
Support application managers in getting started with the different modules of the Dynatrace tool (FullStack, Synthetic, RUM, Dashboard, Alerting, SLO,...). Dynatrace is the tool for real-time, end-to-end monitoring of the availability and performance of our applications.
ADM partners (Application/Development/Maintenance) access the client via a Citrix Desktop HVD infrastructure.
Perform a reporting of entity conformity level to the top management.
To a lesser degree, Project manager to structure and prioritize initiatives, plan tasks, lead and coordinate contributing teams and keep budgets;
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field;
Minimum 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity;
Know Dynatrace and Java Tech Lead to support application managers in their skills improvement on the different modules of the Dynatrace tool and to provide answers to questions and bring solutions.
Ability to define IT Security polices;
Support N2 for the IT Dynatrace users;
Measurement of user experience thanks to the RUM (Real User Monitoring) module;
Create alerts based on metrics that are exceeded;
Being able to back up the member of the team in charge of AWS and ADM activities will be valued;
Expertise in MS Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint will be valued;
Proactivity and dynamism;
Good French level will be valued;
