You will be responsible for leading a software development team involved since design, passing by coding until deployment of our software solutions.
You will also be responsible for analyze our internal needs, promote and encourage the development of projects that represent added value to the company, acting with innovation and disruptive mindset.
These will be your tasks
Provide direction to his team and engage in program and project planning, set objectives and prioritize activities across the work group;
Be hands on (50%+) developing software products and teach by example;
Participate in all phases of the product lifecycle;
Build an agile and scalable software development organization with high quality delivered products;
Learn, refine and implement new capabilities;
Utilize, assess, maintain and update development tools and frameworks;
Facilitate discussions with our stakeholders around requirements, delivery and results;
Review functional and technical requirements, raising potential issues;
Collaborating with customers to identify opportunities that can be exploited through software products;
Identify needs and strengths for career progression of team members and create opportunities for development;
Contributing to the recruitment of new employees and and maintaining a strong professional network;
Leading and participating in efforts around continuous training, professional and personal development, team building and community service;
Be an active part in the processes of continuous improvement proposing improvement and innovations methods across the department and the company (producing fresh and imaginative ideas and solutions);
Act with initiative, gather and evaluate user feedback and make things happen.
You're offering these qualifications
Information and technology Degree (preferential);
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a .NET Developer in structured software development projects;
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Team Leader in structured software development projects;
Microsoft .NET C# and Transact-SQL certifications (preferential);
Professional experience with C#, Microsoft SQL Server and MVC (mandatory);
Good understanding of LINQ, SQL and Entity Framework;
Knowledge of Agile software development;
Achievement oriented, analytical ability, communication and management skill, planning and organizing;
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
