The main responsibility of IT Continuity Analyst is to manage the IT Continuity and the IT Resilience.
The incumbent will work hand in hand with the IT Development teams and IT Production teams as an enabler and a facilitator.
More globally, the incumbent will work closely with Wealth Management ICRO (IT Continuity & Resilience Officer) and Wealth Management ITRO (IT Risk Officer).
The incumbent will have the following missions:
Manage the IT Continuity and the IT Resilience.Maintain IT Governance Risk and Compliance (IT GRC) related to IT Continuity.Report, communicate and cooperate with stakeholders.Main Tasks: Manage the IT Continuity and the IT Resilience Ensure that IT Continuity Classification for each asset is well assessed by IT owner and consistent with Business continuity needs.Make sure IT Continuity plans (IC Plans) are completed and comply with Group Requirements for each IT Asset.Ensure that backup and restoration process and operational procedures are well documented and enforced.Ensure IT Disaster Recovery exercises are scheduled, driven and reported by IT Production teams.Follow up on post-DR exercise action plans.Report, Communicate and cooperate with stakeholders. Report regularly to senior management on the progress of IT continuity classification of IT assets, the implementation of required solutions, regular DR exercises, and remediation projects.Report on IT GRC tool completeness and accuracy (i.e.
coverage level and data quality issues).Provide metrics and presentation material to IT Risk, Cybersecurity, and IT Continuity committees.Participate in awareness and training activities, i.e.
keeping documentation up to date, producing training material, and animating training sessions.Coordinate with the Group IT Continuity & Resilience office.Contribute to responses to requests from regulators, partners, and customers regarding IT Continuity and Resilience, or when requested by the Group.ProfileTechnical skills: Language: English (mandatory), French appreciated.Certification: CCRP, CRISC, ISO 22301, ISO 27001 – Not mandatory but strongly recommended.IT Continuity & Resilience.IT Production (backup/restoration).IT Risk.Cyber Security.Ability to deliver / Results driven.Ability to synthesize.Communication.Data Analytic.Knowledge of Bank Sector.
