It Business Analyst For Microsoft Dynamics Crm (F/M/Div)

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be part of the global team responsible for Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI support.

In your new role you will:Interact & Discuss with our Business Usersregarding the requirements and the design of solutions in the area ofMicrosoft Dynamics CRM & Power BI
Run & Execute Operational Activitiessuch asIncident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and SLAin the area of Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI and Power Platform
Perform feasibility analysis, scope projectsto prioritize deliverables and product functionalities
Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendationsrelated to proposed solution
Partner with Internal & Externalto developfunctional specificationsfor Business Requirements
Support & Execute writing User story, Design, Development and Test Managementfor Operational and Project Activities
Manage projects for proof of concepts and development/configurations of prototypestogether with internal and external experts within Microsoft Dynamics & Power BI
Ensure overall operations of Microsoft Dynamics & Power BIin close cooperation with internal and external suppliers
Present and discuss results on different management levelswithin IT and with our internal customers
Identify, analyze and executeimprovement initiatives

You are best equipped for this task if you have:Adegree in Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administrationor a similar field
At least3 years of experiencestrictly related to the area ofMicrosoft Dynamics CRM & Power BI
Strong understanding ofOOB Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMmodulesand the functional configurations and capabilities of the product
Experience withPower Automate, Power Apps, Power BI
Experiencedesigning configuration and customizations on Dynamics 365 CRM, and understanding when OOB features can suffice, and when customization is required
Experience inbusiness and IT managementto plan ongoing feature development and product maintenance
Experience incommunicating and coordinating with internal business customers and other IT analyststo determine software requirements and system impacts
Experience inDevOps processes and approach
Agile methodology experiencesuch as epics, user stories, features, MVP
Understanding ofAzure DevOps tool for Requirement engineering, Test Management & Deployment
Ability tosupport Business stakeholdersin the preparation and validation ofUAT testingactivities
Fluency in English.Basic German language skills would be a plus
