What you'll do: The Integration Expert is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting robust integration solutions that facilitate seamless data exchange between different software systems, applications, and platforms within the organisation and between automotive OEMs and suppliers, also focusing on SAP ERP systems.
The role emphasises: Compliance with automotive EDI standards and IDoc Processing among other formats such as XML, JSON, CSV Use of APIs (REST, SOAP) Database connectivity MFT flows (Managed File Transfer: SFTP, AS2, OFTP, etc) What you'll need: Strong proficiency in Seeburger BIS.
Expertise in API management and development (REST, SOAP).
Experience with message queues and brokers.
Knowledge of cloud services and integration patterns (., AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with programming and scripting languages (., Java, Python, JavaScript).
Proficiency in EDI message mapping and debugging tools.
Experience with transport protocol such as OFTP, AS2, SFTP, FTPs, and VANs.
Proficiency in SAP modules and IDoc management.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues.
Strong analytical skills to assess system dependencies and data flow.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to document complex integration scenarios in an understandable format.
Educational Background and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrable experience in application integration, middleware, or related areas.
